Simply email us at [email protected] with your order details. After this 4-hour grace period, cancellations cannot be processed as your items will already be in preparation for shipment. However, our generous return policy allows you to send back unworn items within our extended return window.
We want every SuperMN piece to become a wardrobe staple. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you have 21 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange - giving you ample time to try different styling combinations. Exchanges are available for the same item in different sizes/colors or for alternative styles of equal value from our current collection. This extended period accounts for international shipping times and allows you to properly evaluate each garment's versatility across multiple occasions.
To qualify for return, items must be in pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached (including SuperMN's authenticity label). We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear, alteration (such as hemming or tailoring), or damage. Please use the original packaging or a sturdy alternative to prevent transit damage - we recommend retaining the dust bag for delicate items. Footwear must be returned with original shoe boxes and protective stuffing to maintain their shape during return shipping.
Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns. For size/color exchanges, we'll ship your replacement within 7 business days of receiving your return. When exchanging for a different style, please browse our current collection (subject to availability). Price differences will be adjusted - you'll either receive a refund for the balance or be charged the difference for higher-value items. Note that limited-edition or seasonal pieces may have restricted exchange options due to inventory turnover in the fast-fashion cycle.
A $15 restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns, covering inspection and processing costs. This fee is waived if the return results from our error (wrong item shipped or defective merchandise). For exchanges, the $15 fee applies only once per transaction, regardless of how many items you're exchanging. International returns may incur additional customs fees which are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance for high-value returns.
Refunds are processed within 12-18 business days after we receive and verify your return. This extended timeframe allows our quality team to thoroughly inspect each garment - checking for wear, odors, and fabric integrity - before approving your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Sale items are refunded at the purchase price, not the original retail value. You'll receive email confirmation once processing is complete, though bank processing times may vary.
To maintain fairness for all customers, we limit exchanges to one per item. Final sale items (marked as such during promotions) cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel must have intact hygiene liners to qualify for return. Customized or monogrammed items are final sale. During peak seasons, refund processing may take up to 21 business days - we appreciate your patience during these periods.
